FAQ

Short answers about the gun shop operations hub.

Is Armory a marketplace?

No. You sell on your own GunBroker and GunsInternational accounts. We do not take a cut of the gun.

Does it replace FastBound?

No. FastBound stays the bound book and the 4473. Armory is inventory, listings, orders, and UPS.

What guns can we put in it?

Any unique used piece the shop sells — pistols, long guns, antiques, NFA. There is no category cap.

What does List Online actually do?

One job writes GunBroker and GunsInternational. You need a sale price first. Relist revises the live ads. A GunBroker auction delists GunsInternational first.

Where do serials live?

Vaulted. Staff see the item; the serial is not sitting in a spreadsheet.

How do orders work?

GunBroker sales become orders. GunsInternational you mark Sold. Print the UPS label, then click Shipped. FastBound is still A&D.

Does it replace Airtable, Noloco, or Make?

Yes for inventory, listing, and order glue. Armory is the ops hub that connects your channels.

What about the mailbox?

Buyer questions from GunBroker and GunsInternational arrive in your Gmail. Armory helps you triage them with summaries. Demo is Gmail-only.

What does it cost?

Quoted per shop. See Prices — no marketplace cut, you keep your channel accounts.
